The one isolated wrapper around bundletool's in-process Java API (STUDIO-10661) — bundletool's API is not a versioned public contract, so every future version bump only needs to change this class plus a smoke test, not any caller.

Bundletool's own aapt2 auto-extraction (SdkToolsLocator) reads its embedded aapt2 binary via Class.getResource(...), which under an OSGi bundle classloader returns a bundleresource: URL that java.nio.file cannot open (throws FileSystemNotFoundException: Provider "bundleresource" not installed). We sidestep this entirely by supplying an aapt2 binary from the user's configured Android SDK instead of letting bundletool try to extract its own.
