  Finds Checkpoint by its id

  throws:

  IllegalArgumentException checkpointId is null, checkpoint doesn't exist or checkpoint is missing element(s)

  Parameters:

  checkpointId - Must be checkpoint full id

  Eg: Using "Checkpoints/Sample Checkpoint" (full id) checkpointRelativeId "Sample Checkpoint" is not accepted

  Returns:

  an instance of Checkpoint
